Product family

Three names. One event bus. Two customer faces.

Vortex Overwatch is the admin floor — Authelia group admins. Gauges, Doppler, cameras, pentest, case board. Never a customer login.

World Watch AI is the planet product: alerts, radar loops, disaster briefs behind account/paywall. Insurers, roofing, REI portfolios, newsrooms, NGOs.

Global Eye AI is the identity product: permitted-purpose skip-trace, social locate, match-confidence rows. Not Contact Detective (that name is a for-sale listing). This is the operating desk.

Hard rules

  • SMS/email carry a link, never skip-trace rows, camera URLs, or pentest evidence.
  • Rocco = official Ring Partner API only.
  • Pentest = our surfaces, read-only, no exploit payloads.
  • Identity = FCRA / TCPA / DNC wall. No consumer dossiers. No fake social accounts.
  • Send, spend, legal file = Tier 2–3. Always.
Classification. Operator reports stamp CONFIDENTIAL. Customer briefs on World Watch / Global Eye sit behind Authelia (v1) then account + Stripe (v2). The Vortex page in Hermes is never public.

Do you reverse-engineer Ring?

Never. Official Partner API / Private Use Apps only. The Reddit doorbell writeup is not our path.

Will you skip-trace a private individual for me?

Only with a permitted purpose, a named matter, and Legal’s wall. We do not sell consumer dossiers.
